How do I sync my mailbox calendar with a public/group calendar?

How can I sync my mailbox calendar with a public/group calendar so my IPAQ
picks up our group's calendar instead of my personal calendar? The IPAQ only
recognizes my personal mailbox calendar.

Dear Maury,

if you need a synchronization program for your IPAQ, that sync a
public/group calendar, have a look on this site:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/olpda.htm

To sync a Public Folder with a Personal Folder and then to a handheld is not
the right/secure way to sync a Public Folder with a handheld.

We use XTNDconnectPC with our groupware solution but there are also good
additional other solutions, listed on the slipstick website.
