How do I switch from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003 without prob.

Hi,
I have a PC running XP home (OS) and have been provided with a copy of
Outlook Express by my ISP, and have set yp e-mail accounts on it accordingly.
However I have now installed Office 2003 and want to switch to using Outlook
2003. I have got some information off the Microsoft website with regard to
inpoting account information and addresses.

However I am running into problems, when I try to import the accounts it
asks for some details inthe installation wizaerd that I am uncertain of, and
when completed states that it cannot locate incoming mail server. I connect
to the internet using an external USB broadband modem, and do not know if
this would have any affect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

how do you try to import you accounts?
Please tell us what you have done to export/import your files from OE to OL!
