How do I switch email users in Outlook 2003

I have 5 email accounts in Outlook. I can only find 3, how do I find the
others? I also don't know how to switch from one account to the other, so I
can send and receive messages in a different account.

Can you tell more about your setup? How did you setup your 5 accounts? Are
they all within mail profile or did you use more than one mail profile?
(mail profiles can be configured by going to Control Panel-> Mail-> button
Show Profiles...)

When you've setup multiple accounts within one mail profile you can choose
between accounts by pressing the little downarrow on the Send button.
