how do i stop word opening docs from outlook in reading layout vie

it uses a 72-point font which means the document is readable from the next
building but pretty much worse than useless otherwise.

For versions of Word prior to Word 2007: Go to Tools/Options/General and
deselect "Allow starting in Reading Layout"

For Word 2007: In the Reading Layout view, click View Options and then click
"Don't open attachments in Full Screen".
