How do I stop Word 2003 from automatically closing?

I have several users in a corporate environment that are using Word 2003 (as
part of Office Pro). After being idle for approximately 10 minutes, Word will
automatically close. Does anyone know how to prevent this, or to turn this
feature off?

This is not native Word functionality. You must have some sort of AddIn
which is doing it. Check out what (non-COM) AddIns you have under Tools >
Templates and AddIns.

Unfortunately, this did not help. There was nothing listed in that section.
This
Pc doesn't have much on it: Win XP SP1, Office 2003 Pro, Citrix Client, Java
Runtime 3.4.2. Any other possible fixes? Thanks!
