How do I stop users saving and renaming a proteced document

I have created a form letter with fields for colleagues to use as a template.
I have protected the form and used the 'Save as' command to stop modifying
and excluding the fields it is also read only. However some are saving the
document with the 'Save As' command and renaming it, therefore when they
click the unprotect, vola!! they are in!!
Please help as they are driving me crazy...

Sorry, Ian, Word is powerless to stop that kind of behavior.

All you can do is apply some social pressure -- ranging from "please
don't do that" to "do it again and I'll get you fired". (And don't
make empty threats.)
