How do I stop the first word in a new line from being capped?

It seems that everytime I cursor starts a new line the first word I type is
automatically capitalized. I would like to turn that feature off. Any
suggestions?

Stop pressing Enter at the end of each line and let Word wrap the text to
the next line. When you press Enter, you are creating a new paragraph. Word
automatically capitalizes the first word of sentences, and it assumes that
the beginning of a paragraph is the beginning of a sentence.

Choose Extra | Autocorrect and change the options Start every sentence
with a Capital
