How do I stop the "Enter Network Password" window from continuall.

I have set up 2 email accounts in OutLook 2003. Recently, a window
continually pops up with the message "Enter Network Password". It is looking
for the mail server password, which is already entered and is correct as I am
receiving and sending mail from this acount. Even after entering the password
and saving the pasword, the window pops up continuously requesting the pass
word. Any suggestions in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
