How do I stop text dancing across page?

As I compose a Word text, it becomes so mobile that it's hard to control.
 
If this is not the same problem as that of 'tinel' you had better explain
what you mean by 'mobile text'

I assume you have word 2003 or earlier, It usually happens when grammatic
checking is turned on. Turn it off from tools/Options (I just upgraded to
word 2007, i don´t remember exactly where the option is in earlier versions.
