How do I stop something from being deleted?

I was telling Outlook to automatically delete, or send certain email directly
to the deleted folder. I accidently clicked on the wrong email. Now,
everytime I direct outlook to send some other email junk to the deleted
folder, the one I accidently clicked also goes. I used the wizard to remove
that message telling it to move that email to the deleted file, but it keeps
going to the deleted file. I keep having to go to the deleted file and
physically transfer it to the inbox. How do I stop that from happening?

Please repost your question in an Outlook newsgroup (scroll down the
list of subject areas to find one); this newsgroup is for a different
program, Microsoft Access.
