How do I stop people sending mail from our user name

I keep receiving returned mail alerts from various postmasters. They have
returned mail to us which appears to have originated from my account. We have
not sent these messages. The returned mail says its from e.g.
sam@'*******.fsbusiness.co.uk or bert or gerry or whoever. Could someone
please advise how to stop this?
 
Welcome to the world of virusses and spam. If your environment is clear from
any virusses there is nothing more you can do to secure yourself. To prevent
these messges from ending up in your mailbox you can use a Junk E-mail
Filter and/or use a message rule for fine tuning.
