How do I stop Outlook from rejecting my POP3 username and password

I keep getting this message on Outlook, even when I can access my email
directly from Yahoo:
Task 'pop.mail.yahoo.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your
e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your
account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server
responded: -ERR invalid user/password'

Any way to fix?

That's not Outlook rejecting your credentials, that's Yahoo. Do you have a
paid Yahoo account? If not, you can't use Yahoo with Outlook.
