how do I stop Outlook changing the font in my email signature?

I've used advanced editor to create an email signature for new email messages
in Outlook using Arial font and including a logo. When I open a new message
in Outlook the formatting appears as in the original signature but the font
changes to Times New Roman. Can anyone advise how I can get the signature to
open using the original Arial font please?
