How do I stop Outlook blocking attachments sent to me?

A friend is sending me urls from the internet for me to look at but Outlook
is blocking them. They are innocent pages of hotels etc as we are planning a
trip. Outlook shows the attachment in the inbox but Outlook blocks it as a
potentially unsafe attachment.

Help.
