How do I stop outbox from sending same message over and over?

Every message sent stays in outbox and is sent at every send/rec until
deleted from outbox manually.
 
I also have this problem. I just read a long thread from many others having
this problem. No one has given an answer as to what is happening. Go to the
thread "
"attachment is too large" under Office.
I hope we get some help.

Often the result of a server timout value that is too small. Increase it on
the Advanced tab of your account properties pages.
 
Brian, that sounded so easy, but I did not find the timeout in accounts in
Outlook.
I do nothave express.
any better wway to find the time out hiding?

For Outlook 2002/2003, click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. Select the account
and click Change, then More Settings. Click the Advanced tab. The timeout
slider is in the center.
