Both me and my brother use my computer and i have set him
up a limited user account on the computer but he still
has access to all the files on the hard disk and i am
worred he will delete somthing he shouldn't so how do i
stop him from getting access to the control panel and the
hard disk

Hi,

you should protect your files by using NTFS permissions on your private
folders...
e.g. Right click folder where your data is, select Security and then add
user "yourusername" and give yourself Full control. Remove everyone full
control or replace it by e.g. Everyone Read permissions.

As a user account he should not have full access to the complete hard drive.
He would have read access but not full access.
