How do I stop having [SPAM] put on my subject lines in Outlook?

Outlook keeps tagging my emails subject lines with[SPAM]. It's annoying and
mostly incorrect. How do I get it to stop?
 
Outlook doesn't have this feature. It is either caused by a third party spam
filter you have installed or by your ISP.
 
Hi John, did you get a solution to this? Mine started doing it out of the
blue so I thought it was a virus or something. I didn't realise it was
happening for ages.

Yes, he did. You have added a program, like an anti-spam program, that is
doing it or your mail provider is doing it. Outlook is not.
