How do I stop cursor from jumping around in Outlook?

I can't type an email in Outlook (office 2003 on XP) without the cursor
jumping around, text being erased, highlighted, deleted - it's absolutely
frustrating. Anyone know what the cause might be?

You have a virus mate, sorry.....

If you don't already have an anti virus checker, dowload free version of AVG
and let it do its work.....

Do you have Speech Recognition enabled and a microphone on? If so, disable
both.
