how do i stop all these "greeting card" emails?

How can I stop all these e-cards? Block a sender is easy but I get 10 to 12
aday all with a different email address. Rules is not working either.
 
Unless they end up in Junk E-mail, I don't know if there's much you can do
other than possibly creating a rule that looks for text in the email
