how do I stop a large email from being sent after it has started .

I have accidently sent a large email, 37MB, two days ago. It is still in my
outbox. I have tried deleting it, moving it, and everything else I can think
of. I cannot do anything because each time I try it says " Outlook has
already begun transmitting this message" Please if you know how I can get
rid of this please let me know.
