How do I start header on second page, not first?

I need to prepare a mansucript so the header does not show on the first page
but is shown on the second and all other pages. How do I do that?
 
This sounds more like something you need to be asking in one of the many
Word newsgroups. This newsgroup is for MS Access, the database product.
