How do I spread rows evenly to fill my page?

If i tell WORD to make 20 rows, how do I make them vertically fill my page
evenly? Otherwise, they only fill a quarter of my page. Thanks!

You can select "Justified" as the vertical alignment for the page (Layout
tab of Page Setup), but this can be very tricky. Alternatively, you can
determine the row height that would be 1/20 of the distance from top to
bottom margin and set all the rows to that height (Exactly).

Or drag the bottom border to the bottom margin of the page, select the table
then table > autofit > distribute rows evenly.
