How do I specify an alternative port address for outgoing mail?

How do I tell Vista Mail to use a submission port of 587 instead of 25?
 
Go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account, Properties, Advanced.
Change the port number for the outgoing (SMTP) server.
 
My ISP is the problem. They block port 25 unless you get an upgraded subscription for an additional
$14.95 per month.
