I am not sure where the answer to this question will be posted. Perhaps
someone could email me at (e-mail address removed)? It would make my day.

Thanks! :-)

The answer will be posted in the same newsgroup where you posted the
question, as a reply to your question. Asking for private EMail
support is considered impolite; most of those of us who volunteer time
to answer these questions do so as a public service, and consider
private EMail support only for paying customers. (No, we do not work
for Microsoft and we're not paid to reply to questions here).

Also, if you have a question, it's considered polite to post the
question IN THE BODY OF THE MESSAGE, not just in the subject line,
with some explanation. I see that you want to sort 300 odd records and
print them on labels. I do not know, however, whether you're trying to
do this in Microsoft Access (the subject of the newsgroup
microsoft.public.access where you posted), Word, Excel, or some other
program; nor do I have any idea what information the labels contain
nor how you want them sorted.

Please post back to an appropriate newsgroup (this one if you're using
Access, a Word or Excel newsgroup if you're using those programs) with
some more details. One of the volunteers will be glad to help.
