How do I solve the message "Unable to open your default email fol.

Hi, thanks for help!

I have a user who can't log in to Outlook. We use Outlook for our internal
email on MS Exchange. She has a network connection.

She gets the message "Unable to open your default email folders. You do not
have permission to log on."

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
