How do I solve an "invalid argument" in Access?

I tired trouble shooting tips and databse doesn't allow new records to be
created or saved.

Then there is a problem in your database.

We cannot see your database. You have not said what you are doing to
get the error; we don't know what code or queries you have; we don't
know if you're using a Form or what.

Care to give us a little help here?
