How do I slow down the scrolling process in Word? When scrolling through a
document for the copy/cut/paste function the scroll goes all the way through
the document instead of allowing me to control the area to be hilited.

I just did this so I know, click on start, control panel, mouse, a mouse
properties box should come up, click on wheel tab. Best of luck.

Easiest way might be to click your mouse where you want to start selecting,
click on the right scroll bar and drag it down to where you want to end,
hold the SHIFT key down, then click at the end of your selection.
Everything in between will be selected.

You can also triple-click to select a paragraph, hold down your SHIFT key
and click on subsequent paragraphs to select them as well.
