How do I show an appointment as finished?

You can't - only Tasks have that option.

Hi Milly,

Sorry to highjack this thread, but is it possible to have someone be notified if someone else adds
an entry to their shared calendar ? This is Outlook 2002. If not do any of the later version have
this feature ?
