How do I share macro in template with others Word 2007?

I created a templated with macros. When I give the template to others, they
cannot see the macros.
 
If you are confident that you saved the macros in the template (and not in
Normal.dot, which is the default), then it's possible the macros are being
suppressed by the recipients' Macro Security settings. If macro security is
set to High or Very High, users are not even given the option to enable the
macros.
