How do I share auto text entries with other users?

AutoText entries by default are stored in Normal.dot unless you instruct
Word to store them elsewhere. So, presuming yours are there, one method
would be to make a copy of your Normal.dot file, but give the copy a
different named so other users don't confuse it with their own normal.dot
file (e.g., rename it donna.dot). Once another user has donna.dot on their
computer, they should open it. Then choose Tools - Templates and Add-ins -
Templates tab - Organizer button - AutoText tab. They then use the
organizer to copy your autotext entries to their own normal.dot file.
