How do I setup taskmgr to auto start?

I'd like to setup taskmgr so it starts in the background when I'm logged in
as I always want to keep track of how much of my system resources that are
used.

I guess I could add a key to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
but is there some parameter that I can pass so it will run minimized?
