how do i setup outlook with my msn email?

I tried to setup up outlook with my free msn email account. When I tried to
hit the send/recieve button I recieved an error message. I am trying to
figure out why it will not sync. Can somebody help me?
 
When did you setup this free MSN account? If it was after September
2004, you no longer have free privilege to access it on Outlook. You'll
have to pay for it. If you have an older account, please post what error
you are seeing..
