How do I setup Outlook 2007 to sync with mu Blackberry

Not getting a synch between Outlook 2007 and my Blackberry...keeps crashing
since I went to 2007

Blackberries may not yet be supported on Outlook 2007 since it is still beta
software. Check with RIM.
