How do I setup Outlook 2003 to be used with Mozilla Thunderbird

I am trying to setup Mozilla Thunderbird to use when out of the office.Please
send info on how to do this.We have Otlook 2003 and we use also use Earthlink
when out of town.I have all info from earthlink account

How does Outlook 2003 play a role in this? You said you wanted to use
Mozilla Thunderbird and not Outlook. These are both separate mail clients.
See the documentation of Thunderbird on how to use it. It would be off-topic
for this newsgroup.
