I am setting up a new form in outlook that requires multiple subject fields.
When I set them up now if I type into the first one andd hit enter all the
rest are automatically populated with the same info. I need to find a way to
unlink them.
Anyone help me out?
It's for future search and recall issues with sensitive information. If
there is another way I would appreciate your help.
thanks

Well, you can only have one subject on a message, so you won't be able to
'unlock' the boxes. You may want to use Categories if you're trying to find
a way to search for messages.

Thanks f.h., That's what I thought but the other users were hoping for that
feature.
I'll look into the categories option.
Most helpful.
