how do i setup a netscape mail account in outlook

I am trying to use Outlook to setup my Netscape account. I am very
unsuccessful. I have tried using several server variations, but none seem to
work. The specified server can be found, but there is no response from the
server.

Does Netscape allow POP or IMAP access? If so, use one of those account
types.
