How do I setup a backup file in Excel?

I mean this is something basic but I have just upgraded to Office 2003 and I
can't find how to backup my excel document that I havw open
 
Hi!

I'm using XL2002. To create a backup file I have to goto
the main menu:

File
Save AS
Tools
General Options
Always create backup

Biff
