How do I set up to automatically read on startup

I need to automatically read e-mail when Oulook starts. How do I do that?

I imagine you can read already, so I presume you mean you want it to
automatically download mail for you when you start Outlook. Provide your
version/mode/SP level of Outlook (help | about) and mention what kind of
email account you use, and whether you use dialup or broadband.
