How do I set up the Bcc field in Outlook?

The Outlook 2003 help window says to look in the "View" menu for "Bcc Field".
This item does not exist in the menu. So, how do I set up the the Bcc Field
to show when creating email? Thanks for any replies.
 
make sure are you selecting view from the new message window, it's not on the
view in the main outlook window
 
If you're using WordMail as your editor, click the small down arrow to the
right of the Options button.
