How do I set up the automatic spell check in my outlook email

When writing emails with outlook I had automatic spell check so that when
writing emails it would tell me automatically if the spelling of a word is
incorrect and prevent any embarrasing errors. For some reason I donot have it
any more not sure what was changed on my PC, but I would like to know how to
change it back.
