how do i set up pop-up pictures in frontpage 2003?

I want to be able to set up my site so that when a user clicks on a text of
graphic link a picture pops up in a window just big enough to hold only that
picture. My site is currently set up with shared borders (top & bottom) and
link bars on the left. I am not very proficient in Frontpage 2003 and have
set this site up using 'help'. Please advise.

Got it and it works great. But how do I stop the location of the image from
appearing on the 'table of contents/site map'

Please advise again
