how do I set up outlook to work with my hotmail account

I recently installed outlook on my desktop pc because it came with my hp
pocket pc, however after the setup was over I tried to get my hotmail thru
outlook and also send email from outlook and it gave me errors... what do I
need to do?
 
Outlook no longer supports new Hotmail/MSN accounts unless you are a paid
subscriber.

account will be deleted without reading.
