how do i set up outlook for the first time with msnhotmail

If you have a paid Hotmail account, then setup the account using http.
Note - you can only use Hotmail with Outlook 2002 or 2003.

After furious head scratching, obradley asked:

Hotmail or my ISP whichever I can get to work. I dont want to pay for hotmail
so I can use it and I would be happy to set up a new account just to use it
in outlook.
