I have a cable broadband account which provides for 2 email accounts. I
would like to set up Outlook 2003 so that either one of the two people can
logon and receive their email in Windows 2003. One of the accounts I have set
up works fine, but the second account seems to send its mail into a black
hole and received nothing, even though the "send and receive" activity
dialogue box shows normal activity and reports no errors.

Do the two people have separate mailboxes on the mail server? If the
username you enter for the POP3 accounts is the same for both accounts,
then the people are sharing a mailbox. If that is the case, what's
probably happening is that the first person's account is downloading all
the mail and deleting it from the server.
