How do I set up net meeting.

I have a lab with Windows 2000 professional workstations. Many times the users of the lab prefer to sit at their desks on the 4th floor and control the workstations in the lab. Does anyone have instructions to tell me how to set net meeting up on these workstations so that

1) It starts automatically
2) It starts in the mode in which it will accept calls
3) It starts with remote desktop sharing enabled.
