How do I set up my existing optimum online e-mail account in Outl.

Hello all,

Well here is what i'm trying to figure out any help is greatly
appreciated!!! I have an e-mail account with optimum online which i don't
remember it's exact e-mail address? I restored my computer and now i want to
set it up with outlook agin ... how do i do it ?
