How do I set up my email to input my email name and pw for me?

I've set my email up with outlook using comcast.net, however everytime I open
it up and click Inbox...I have to type in my user name and password. I have
seen it on my work computer and others, where you don't have to type your
name and password in...I was wondering if this was an option, or if it the
email site that I am using.
 
Sigh, what versions of Office/Outlook and Windows, please????
