How do I set up individual column widths for each window?

I am attempting to set up one spreadsheet with a template in the top window
and a database in the bottom window. Each window must have individually
adjustable column headings.

Columnwidths are for entire columns.

You may be able to use Format|Cells|alignment tab|merge cells to simulate
different widths, but merge cells can cause other problems later on.

Any chance you could just use two worksheets
and then window|new window
and window|arrange|horizontal

to get the effect you want.
