How do I set up incoming mail so that we see the sender's name?

I can't figure out how to set up our e-mail so that the sender's name is
visible before we open the e-mail. Right now, my name is visible.
 
Right click on the display bar with the To, Subject, etc., pick field chooser
and add the From field.
