To screen e-mail, I would like to see senders name.

Incoming e-mail in the inbox of Outlook does not provide sender's name. Is
there an option available for that to be corrected? I would like to screen
mail and delete it if it appears unacceptable.

To add the From field to the headers, right click on the header line and
select Field Chooser. Add the From field by dragging it to where you want it.

You can right-click a message in the Inbox and choose Message Options (or
View Options -- depends on your Outlook version) from the popup menu, and the
Internet headers will be visible on the dialog box that comes up -- that will
let you see the e-mail address of the sender and lots of other information
that might be helpful.

The default Messages view should already have the From field in it, btw...
